Dr. Vibhuti Rao is an Ayurvedic practitioner, practising classical Ayurveda for 10 years in India and Australia. A gold medalist in Ayurveda, and recipient of many other academic awards, she also holds a master degree in yoga and another master degree from Australia in public health. Alongside her busy clinical practice, she is currently pursuing a PhD from Australia. Passionate about Ayurvedic lifestyle, diet and cooking. Along with her husband Dr Samarth Rao, she conducts regular workshops to help people learn Ayurvedic cooking and practice Ayurvedic lifestyle.
